2. What does MagicAPI take care of?
MagicAPI offers managed API Store software. The store comes with integreted User Portal, Billing, Analytics, Logs, Product Versioning, Subscription Management & a Custom Domain name for your API Store. You can enhance your store using Plugins & Themes.
3. How do I choose a plan?
After singing up, go to the billing console and Upgrade your Plan. You can Cancel, Upgrade or Downgrade at any time.

4. How does MagicAPI handle my and my user's privacy?
We never send any emails or notification to your users without your prior permission. You can choose to give access to a MagicAPI staff or anyone else using the "Team Management" functionality in your API Store.
We always encrypt all provided keys and passwords. Also we monitor our platform for any unauthorised activity and we always report any customer impacting incident.
5. I have an issue with my account

6. How do you charge for API usage to my users?
You can define in your API Store Products on how do you want us to charge your users. However, we only charge for API calls with "200" status. This behavior can be overridden in API Store settings.
